Brenda Sirois
Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon C5944 and Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern Florida IMH 20337

I am committed to your wellbeing and I am here for you throughout your healing process.
I work with adults of all ages who are experiencing difficulties in optimal functioning in their personal and/or professional lives. I also work with people who identify with diagnoses which fall under the name of persistent and severe mental illness, and those who experience disassociation and de-personalization.
The cornerstones of my practice are based in trust, respect, authenticity and connection. In addition to my counseling training and clinical experiences and my intuition and felt sense, I also call upon my previous training and experience as a scientist and an analyst when I work with you. With over a decade of experience as a mental health and social services specialist I have what it takes to guide you beyond your pain and into your place of wellbeing and into a state of flourishing.
My work with people is based in authentic communication. My counseling approach is individualized and integrative of concepts from Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, Positive Psychology, Internal Family Systems, the NeuroAffective Relational Model, and Somatic Experiencing techniques. I will facilitate your journey through your negative symptoms toward a more self- and other-connected and heart-centered you. My commitment to you as your counselor is to be fully present to you and to your needs.
