Life has its ups and downs and at times our emotions can get the best of us hindering our journey to become our best selves, but there is hope in the first step.
Have you ever felt that you keep stumbling with the same stone? Do you feel you keep running into the same type of situations over and over?
Sometimes our emotions get the best of us and we feel like they control us, rather than us managing them.
You may be afraid to open up to others because you feel will be judged, neglected, or avoided. It could be that you feel anxious, confused, or hopeless and are not sure who can help. You have come to the right place. I’m a professional dedicated to providing an empathetic and non-judgmental environment where you can open up your heart freely. I provide service in English and Spanish to help you manage your emotions, thoughts, behaviors and become the best version of yourself for meaningful and healthy relationships; because I believe the best version of yourself is born each day.
I’m have experience working with adults to manage family dynamics, relationship/couple’s issues, professional dilemmas, and personal struggles such as depression, anxiety self-esteem, identity, spiritual connection, addictions, and trauma. I use an integrative approach that encompasses cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic and psychodrama interventions.
