Nicole Geddie
Graduate Student in Mental Health Counseling

As a Graduate student currently obtaining a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I have a heart for helping individuals who have experienced trauma or any other circumstance or concern that is keeping them stuck, both in their personal journey as well as in their relationships. I take an integrative approach to therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential therapy and person-centered therapy, in an effort to tailor to individual needs as they arise and I am willing to shift gears when necessary. I create a safe space of empathy, non-judgement and exploration and will support and work alongside you to challenge thoughts and behaviors as we navigate these things together.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as person-centered and existential approaches.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, body image issues, eating disorders, and relationship issues.
