Bradley Carmassi is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at Bellevue University whose professional background spans nutrition, hospitality, and healthcare leadership. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and a classically trained chef, he also holds a B.S. in Human Nutrition and an MBA from LSU. For 15 years, he directed nutrition and dining services in senior-living and hospital settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support older adults, medically complex patients, and their families.
