Antonio Garland
Marriage and Family Graduate Student
With over five years of experience, he has supported adults and adolescents grappling with substance abuse and mental health challenges. Antonio has also collaborated with crisis intervention and suicide prevention services. Antonio is passionate about fostering strong foundations within individuals and communities alike, whether he's working with adults, couples, or children. He believes counseling serves as vital nourishment, enriching homes and societies.
Graduating from The University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Antonio is currently pursuing his Masters in Marriage and Family Counseling at Capella University.
In Antonio's view, counseling is a collaborative journey, where goals are identified and addressed as a team. He employs Solution-focused and Person-Centered Therapy, aiming for clients to eventually thrive independently of counseling support.
