Justine Bumpers
Master’s Level Graduate Student in Marriage and Family Therapy

Justine is a graduate student at Capella University with a background in wedding and family photography, as well as years of experience as a nanny and family manager. Those experiences taught her so much about connection, communication, and the beauty and challenges within families—and ultimately led her to pursue a career in therapy.
She works with couples, families, and individuals, with a focus on relationships and the stories that shape our lives. She believes in the importance of working with diverse and non-traditional family structures and is passionate about supporting and empowering LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families.
Her approach is grounded in systemic therapy with a narrative lens. She believes we all have the power to rewrite our stories and create the change we want to see. In your work together, her goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where every voice matters and where confidence, vulnerability, and connection can grow.
