I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor MH27493, with a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. My bachelor’s degree is in counseling psychology from Prescott College.

Some of the therapies I utilize are person-centered, psycho-dynamic, internal family systems informed, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT). I am guided by the idea that everyone’s healing compass points in unique directions and that the potential is always in the present moment.
